This & That

June 19, 2015

June has included lots of exploring, fresh summer drinks and food, quiet moments at home working on career-y stuff, and a chance to fulfill a lifelong love of organizing with my new job as an organizer with NEAT Method. I'm soaking in the long summer days in this new city.

Here is a glimpse of a few pretty moments I've captured this month. There is always more outside the frame.

New Apartment

June 18, 2015

We've been in SF one month, and our new place really feels like home. There are still a few furniture and decor items on the wishlist, but we gratefully have all of the necessities. I will eventually put together a proper home tour. For now, here are a few (blurry) scenes from around the apartment.

Bristol, Tennessee

June 15, 2015

I was home in Bristol last week to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday, and to help my family with a few projects.  It was special nurturing my roots, and giving them adequate time and attention. It's been a big month of moving, exploring, and vulnerability. I appreciate the time to slow down and count my blessings—that fresh Tennessee air is grounding.
